Advice for 1st Year Students

 

First, for 1st year student, I would like to advice that it is the most important for them to enjoy 1st year. When I think back 1st year, I think that I did not enjoy college life at all. I belong the track and field club. This club has practice on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. It is very hard. And I have part time job on Wednesday. So I had only one holiday on a week. Do not make hard schedule such like me. I could think only to live a week, not to fun college life and to think about future. I would like to tell them not to belong to club, but to get free time. No free time, no college life. To have free time and to enjoy college life is important because we can enjoy it only while we are college student.

second, I would like to tell them to travel some place is important. To travel takes some days. So when we begin to work, to travel somewhere is very difficult. While we are college student, we should travel somewhere. Especially, I think we should travel abroad. To go abroad is good and very precious experience. If you travel abroad, you have to prepare many free days than in Japan. And my uncle said me to travel somewhere with good friends. I think this advise is correct. So I would like to advice to 1st year students to travel somewhere is important.

Blog Assignment #5: Accomplishments

Accomplishments in 2013 and 2014

 

In 2013, I had a lot of events and accomplishments. The most important accomplishment in 2013 is to  be able to enter Kobe University. It makes my life changed! I would like to enter this college for long time ago. So when I know that I could enter this college, I could not help tearing. When I was high school student third grade, I could not do houseworks. I have thought that to enter Kobe University is the best thing waht I could do for my parents and family. Of course, I had a lot of pressure. I often could not study by great pressure. So after the entrance examination, I feel very happy. To be enter Kobe University is most important accomplishment for me in 2013.

And other accomplishment is to do part time job as cram school teacher. I was a student as carm school. And after the entrance examination, my teacher told me to work as cram school teacher. I became very happy to hear that. The cram school teacher was my idol. Now, I wok as cram school teacher and teach some student. It is also my important accomplishment in 2013.

 

In 2014, I would like to be healthy. Now, I have wrong thing about my bowel. After all examinations I will have operation in February. But it is uncertain that to do operation makes me good. So I hope I would be good by doing operation. Last year, I could not enjoy many events by this trouble. In 2014, I would like to be better and enjoy day life. This is my important accomplishment in 2014.

And other accomplishment is to stay alone near the college. Now I live with my family in my home town. But I would like to stay alone for future. When I began to work, I have to live alone. I  would like to ready  then.  So my important accomplishment in 2014 is to stay alone near the college.

What is good leader?

I think about leaders in 2 points. 
1) What qualities or characteristics make a good leader? 2) Are leaders born or made?

About first question, I think responsibility make good leaders. Leaders are the top of group. So the leader must have responsibility becae leader did not have responsibility, many member of the group would meet some accident. I think that by having resoposibility, leader can lead the group to right way.
When it coms to the leader of country , "President" , must be able to think about the happiness of people. But there is not always the right way. If the leader choice one way for many people, some people must criticize the leader's choise. Whichever the good leader choise the best way, he must be criticized by some people. There is no way that was not criticized by anyone. Some people may agree with the choise which is selected by the good leader, other people may criticize. It is important for leader to choise the best way more many people  agree with. But, these days, Japanese Presidents tend to select by only own or politician. To be a good leader, have responsibility, be able to choise the better way for the much many people and really think about many people.

Next, about second question, I think leaders are born. In any group, friends, class, grade, school, and other group has leaders who have uique atmosphere. I think it is tarent, not made. I think the someone's atmosphere is decided ever since someone could remember. The character is born, and it makes one's atmosphere. So leaders should be born, not made. Great men who become leader had especial atmosphere when they were young. For example, Lincoln, Kennedy, Masayoshi Son, and Ghandi is that leader. They have special idea and atmosphere. So I think leaders are born not made.

Blog Writing Assignment #3: How would your life be different without the Internet?

 

If it were not for Internet...?

 

Science technology is developing rapidly. In our life, we can find a lot of devices which use the Internet. For example, personal computer, smart phone, printer, games, and etc...  By using the Internet, our life became very comfortable and convenient.

 

If it were not for Internet, how would we do?

First, our daily life would unconvenient. We would not able to get hot news and widely news from all over the world. Now, we can get news by watching TV, but if Internet were not, we would watch only Japanese news and abroad news only voice. And we can not use mail system. So we have to use telephone when we get touch.

When we would like to study something, we would have to go to the library to get books. The source of our information would become boos, newspaper,and  hearing neighbers. It cause that we tend to get prejudiced information.

When we enjoy holiday, we would not be able to use games on line, and to watch movies on computer. And out door, when I have a promise of appointment with friends, if frends were not there, I could not ask them that where you are, what you are doing, when you come here. It is very unconvenient.

 

Second, the economic growth would stop. developing of science technology is based on Internet. If Internet were not, many device can not use. And we have to invent new system. But of course, it takes many time. Until new system instead of Internet is invented, our economic growth would stop or decrease.

 

 

Blog Writing Assignment #2: How is English important for your job or future?

My goal for English

 

Now, all over the world, a lot of people use English to communicate with. In the future we can forecast the number of people who can use English is much increasig. In our daily life, English will become more general.

We are 1st grade in Kobe University, but several years later we have to get own jobs. In the office, there are some foreigners and we will have to communicate with them. Then we may use English because English is the most known language in the world.

From now ,the number of foreigners come Japan will increase. It means the opportunity to use English to communicate with foreigners. My goal for English is to use English to communicate with foreigners with no trouble and misleading. So I have to challenge to use English.

In Kobe University, we can meet some foreigners who is professor or student. It is lucky for me. I would like to try to communicate with them. Ithink it makes my English skill good. I think that when I become worker, the skill helps me. If I could use only Japanese, I would have some troubles and hardships. To be useful person in the office, I think we have to try to use English and begin to study English as soon as possible. So I would like to study English very hard.

Blog Writing Assignment #1: Changing your hometown

To change my hometown Sanda

To change my hometown Sanda more good town it is the most important to develop this town.

Sanda has many greens. There are some mountains and clear rivers. In my town, there are many living things, birds, bugs, plants,and animals. Of course it is good and we have to keep it.

But there are some troubles to live in.

Transportation, shops, and other institution are not developed. So we have many hardship to go other town, to buy something, to live daily life. This is the main fault of Sanda.

If transportation system become more useful, more traveler and visitor come in Sanda. It causes to increase the number of people to live in Sanda, and to develop other institution to improve our daily life.

Now some house and building are constructing in some place in Sanda. And the number of people who live in Sanda is increasing. To change this town more good place, we have to provision the transportation system and other system to live.
